This article outlines the standards of conduct, dress code, and service requirements that all Transfeero drivers must follow before, during, and after every trip.

Dress Code

Drivers must maintain a clean appearance and wear attire appropriate to the booking class of each service.

Booking Class Required Attire
Economy Class Casual clothing in neutral, non-garish colors (e.g. shirt/polo shirt and jeans).
Standard Class / Standard Van Casual shirt or polo shirt covering shoulders and biceps, formal trousers, and formal shoes. Jeans and shorts are not acceptable.
First Class / First Van Dark suit, white shirt with tie, and formal shoes.

Before the Trip

Language & Knowledge

  • The Driver must be fluent in the local language and have a professional knowledge of English.
  • The Driver must read and know all booking details before proceeding to the pick-up location.
  • The Driver and the vehicle used must match those selected by Transfeero's customer.

Flight & Train Monitoring

  • If a flight or train number is provided, the Driver must always verify the actual landing/arrival time.
  • If the flight or train is significantly delayed, the Driver must make every effort to reschedule the service accordingly.

Meeting the Customer

  • The Driver must greet the customer courteously and confirm the pick-up and drop-off addresses.
  • At airports: The meeting point is in the designated arrivals area, directly at the gate exit behind the security zone, unless a different meeting point has been agreed. Local specifics can be clarified with Transfeero in advance.
  • At train stations: Customers must be met at the information centre, unless a different meeting point has been agreed.
  • At hotels: The Driver must ask the concierge or reception to inform the Client of his arrival.

Luggage Handling

  • The Driver must handle the Client's luggage, ideally loading it within the Client's field of vision.
  • Avoid carrying excessive baggage in the passenger compartment.
  • If more baggage is carried than is permitted for the selected booking class, contact Transfeero immediately.

During the Trip

  • The Driver must never answer calls while driving.
  • The Driver must ask the Customer about their preferred music genre or radio station.
  • The Client's well-being and safety must always be the highest priority. The Driver must provide transportation services to the highest professional standards.

End of the Trip

  • The Driver must hold the door open when the Customer exits the vehicle and deliver or carry the luggage to them.
  • After the service has been completed, the Driver must remain in their seat until the passenger has left the field of vision.
  • The Driver must immediately check whether the Client has left any items in the vehicle (e.g. mobile phones, wallets, umbrellas). If the Client is still in the area, items must be returned immediately; otherwise, the Driver must contact the Client and, if requested, leave the items with the concierge or reception of the Client's hotel.

Payments

The Driver does not accept cash payments, with the exception of:

  • Tips voluntarily given by the Customer.
  • Legitimate supplements due to extra requests not included in the original booking, as the Transport Service itself is already paid for at the time of the request.
