Use the Messages function to communicate with a passenger and get any extra details you need about their reservation.
How to send a message
- Open the booking form for the reservation.
- Click the SEND A MESSAGE TO THE PASSENGER button at the top of the form.
- The messenger will open — write your complete message and send it.
Note: This is not a live chat. Please send one complete message at a time.
What you can use messages for
- Sharing your contact details with the passenger
- Requesting additional information, such as a flight number or the ages of children (to prepare the correct child seats)
- Giving instructions on how to find the meeting point at the airport
Notifications
- Every time you send a message, the passenger receives an email notification.
- If the passenger replies, you will also receive an email notification.
Messages are monitored — please use them appropriately.
